Final Post

As you may have already guessed, I’ve stopped posting my sketches. It’s become clear that, while I love this practice of daily doodles, I do not love posting them. But the blog did what it was supposed to do; it got me in the habit of drawing every day. Thanks for your support!

I hollowed out my sculpture today. That’s when you take this thing that you’ve been working on for hours upon hours, into which you have put tons of your sweat, time, love and effort and chop it up, scoop it out and put it back together. It’s a tad bit stressful. And my tentacles were too heavy for my neck. So it’s in two pieces and likely to be fired that way. Ugh. A difficult day.
